The Centurion's Travels is an interesting take on time travel, mixed with enough murder to wet my palette for more. Author Derek Gazic crafts an interesting story about protagonist Augustus by pacing his novel with enough action and character development to have the reader guessing the entire time. Without spoiling the story, the ending raises many questions and hints at the fact that another novel or perhaps a series is inevitable. Looking forward to more work by Gazic!Product details

The Centurion Travels eBook Derek Gazic Reviews
Deciding to pick up The Centurion's Travels by new author Derek Gazic while it was free was the highlight of my day. The author boasts that it is a fast paced novel and indeed it was! Augustus' style and transformation is an exciting read and Gazic has me yearning for more. Minimal time investment accompanied with a fast paced narrative make this a must read! Will definitely keep checking back for more books written by him!
Wow! The Centurion's Travels is as the description says, a fast-paced read. Each chapter left me wanting to know more, and more. You could tell the author really thought out the plot, leaving the reader itching for more.
The use of shorter paragraphs with longer sentences allowed for greater character development in-between downtime of events that took place during the novel. These small paragraphs contained just enough of a break from the action that the story wasn't overwhelming.
The ending had me definitely yearning for more, can't wait for more work from author Derek Gazic!
This reads more like a series of excerpts from a longer story, without much of a plot.
